Delete Account

Request account deletion

My Birthday Gift users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

To request account deletion, email us at support@mybirthdaygift.app with the subject line Delete My Account. Please include the email address used for your My Birthday Gift account so we can verify ownership.

What we delete

After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data connected to your account, including profile details, saved delivery details, saved preferences, notification records, and other account information where deletion is allowed by law.

Information we may retain

Some limited records may be retained where required for transaction history, payment disputes, fraud prevention, security, accounting, tax, legal, or regulatory compliance. Where retention is required, we limit access and retain the information only for as long as necessary.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days after we verify ownership of the account.
