2. Use of Service

MyBirthdayGift is a marketplace platform that connects buyers with third-party vendors. We facilitate transactions but are not the direct seller of goods unless explicitly stated.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Purchases and Payments

All prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedi (GH₵). We accept payments via Mobile Money and Credit Cards via our secure payment partners (Paystack).

MyBirthdayGift does not store your full card details. Transaction processing is handled by secure third-party providers.

4. Returns and Refunds

As a marketplace, returns are subject to the individual policies of our vendors. However, MyBirthdayGift ensures that:

• Items delivered must match their description.
• If an item is damaged upon arrival, you must report it within 24 hours.
• Funds are generally released to vendors only after successful delivery confirmation.

5. Vendor Obligations

Vendors on our platform agree to:

• Sell only authentic, legal products.
• Fulfill orders within the specified timeline.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.

6. Limitation of Liability

MyBirthdayGift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or the purchase of goods from third-party vendors.
