Using the service

You must be 18 or older to buy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the recipient’s phone number or email address — we deliver to what you give us, and a gift sent to a wrong number cannot always be recovered.

Gift cards and balances

MBG Cash and brand vouchers do not expire. They are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred outside the platform. Brand vouchers are subject to the issuing retailer’s own terms at the point of redemption.

Payment

Payments are processed by Paystack. We accept MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money, Visa and Mastercard. Prices are shown in Ghana cedis and include VAT where it applies.

Cancellations

A scheduled gift can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before its delivery date. Once a gift has been delivered and opened it cannot be cancelled.

Physical gifts

Delivery windows are estimates. Perishable items — cakes and flowers — cannot be returned once delivered unless they arrive damaged or materially different from what was ordered.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering what you paid for. We are not responsible for a recipient’s use of a voucher, or for a partner venue’s own service.
